Founded by Wayne Mooradian, a highly respected figure in motorsports, PEP’s philosophy is rooted in innovation, precision, and performance. Wayne’s impressive background spans decades of racing, from the 1970s through to the 1980s, where he worked as a factory mechanic for over 30 motorcycle teams, including Maico, Can-Am, Suzuki, Husqvarna, and Yamaha.

Wayne’s contribution to the sport includes playing a pivotal role in Team Honda’s success in the 1980s, as well as developing suspension systems for key teams such as Kawasaki and Suzuki. His contributions to suspension design helped secure several championships, including multiple Grand National Championships.
